Construction of Road Network and Associated Work at East Monastery Zone of Lumbini Master Plan
The Lumbini Development Trust was established by the Government of Nepal in accordance with the provisions of the Lumbini Development Trust Act 2042 (1985) to implement the Lumbini Master Plan and explore, excavate, and conserve archaeological sites scattered in the Kapilavastu, Rupandehi, and Nawalparasi districts. Lumbini is the birthplace of Lord Buddha and is one of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
The Sacred Garden, Monastic Zone, and New Lumbini Village are the three zones included in the Lumbini Master Plan, which is based on the idea of the route to enlightenment. The plan is distributed across a 13 square mile area and is oriented along the north-south axis. Each zone has a square mile of area under it.
Construction of Road Network and Associated Work at East Monastery Zone of Lumbini Master Plan is the project that Lumbini Development Trust has released. Lumbini-ANK-Khadka Krishna JV is the project's main contractor. We, Gorakha Builders Pvt Ltd, are currently in charge of the construction project, and we want to finish it by the end of 2023.
